Trust Alliance Group appoints Ed Dodman as Chief Executive Officer

Paul Hewitt, Chair of Trust Alliance Group (TAG) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Ed Dodman as its new Chief Executive Officer. TAG has its headquarters near Warrington in Cheshire and runs both the energy and communications ombudsman schemes; it also operates the parking on private land appeals service (POPLA) and has recently established the Online Responsibility Network which helps organisations to navigate the complex world of online safety.

Ed has been with the Group since 2019 and previously held strategy, regulatory, and operational roles, working for major UK regulated businesses. More recently, he was Chief Ombudsman for the Energy Ombudsman and Communications Ombudsman businesses and led the work with Government and other stakeholders to transform the way that consumers are able to access redress in the energy sector.
