Cuckoo Broadband: we may be able to review your dispute

On 28th May 2026, Cuckoo Fibre Limited transferred its broadband customer base, together with the Cuckoo brand, to Onestream Limited, following prior notification to all affected customers. Accordingly, Cuckoo has now ceased trading but will continue supporting Onestream over the coming months to respond to any customer contract, account or service-related queries that occurred or relate to the period prior to 28th May 2026.

If your services have not been transferred to Onestream, we may be able to look at your complaint. If your service has transferred to Onestream, we won't be able to look at your complaint. You can contact the Communication and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS) who may be able to help further. Call 020 7520 3814 or email cisas@cedr.com
